Diabetes Self- Management Class
We are excited to have a class offered in Lyons
by the company Telligen. The focus audience
for this class is Medicare beneficiaries with
a pre or diabetes diagnosis as we conduct
a 4-year study for Medicare measuring the
success of this Diabetes Self-management
program (Stanford model).

Fall Art Classes
Join Trish for watercolor painting classes on all
different kinds of surfaces. These can be used
for yourself or be used as a nice gift. Trish brings
the artist out in everyone, no experience required!

“Stay Fit” Fitness Classes
Cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility are
key components to aging gracefully. Join our
fitness classes for the health of it and for the
camaraderie! It’s always more fun exercising
with friends. Tuesdays we focus on strength
training with light weights, bands, our own
body weight and yoga. Thursdays we focus on
cardiovascular fitness and yoga.
