Free Gifts For Visitors To Your Business - More On The Way
We've run out of the "Love, Lyons" pens, postcards, and marker boards to give away to Chamber members' guests and clients. But worry not! More have been ordered. Let us know if you need more of these very popular items, and we'll put you on the list.
And speaking of "Love, Lyons," have you seen the new marketing campaign? See lyonscolorado.com for a glimpse of it. Advertising will start to appear regionally in the coming weeks. It's all part of your Chamber putting tourism grant
money to use. You're welcome to use the materials to promote your own business too--photos, videos, and more. Contact us for more information.
The Maps Are Here!
The new tourist maps are here, and they look great! We should have details in the next few days about how you can get ahold of some to display and give away at your business.

Quilts, Old And New
Lyons Quilting will put on its second annual Great Outdoor Quilt Show on August 11th. More than 100 quilts will be on display. Meanwhile, the Lyons Redstone Museum will have antique and historically significant quilts on display at Rogers Hall that same day from 1 pm to 3 pm. Speakers will explain the fascinating history of each one. Many have never been on display. Nationally-known quilt collector and presenter Jeanne Ann Wright will go through the quilts to explain their patterns and origins. Some go back to pioneer days. Others were made by Lyons families over the past several decades. $10 donation goes to the town's Pioneer Oral History Project.
